New Employees - Welcome!
For New Hires and Newly Benefit Eligible employees.
New hires have 30 days to enroll in benefits from their date of hire!
- You may enroll in our employee benefits program if you are a Full-Time employee working at least 30 hours per week.
- Benefits for newly hired employees and dependents will be effective on the first of the month following 30 days.
- Acquisitions will be effective on the first of the month following the date of acquisition.
All elections are in effect for the entire plan year and can only be changed during Open Enrollment unless you experience a Qualifying Event.

There are 2 ways to enroll! Either via telephone appointment with a Benefits Coach or online within UKG.
