Effective Plan Dates: Jan 1, 2027 — Dec 31, 2027

Who is Eligible for Benefits?

  • Full-Time employee who works at least 30 hours per week on average.
  • Legally Married Spouse.
  • Children up to the age of 26.
  • Dependent children of any age who are physically or mentally unable to care for themselves.
  • New hires have 30 days to enroll in benefits from their date of hire!

IMPORTANT

Your benefits (except for HSA contribution) will roll over from 2026 to 2027 if you don’t do anything, however we strongly encourage you to participate in Open Enrollment as our dental and HSA carriers are changing, as are rates. It is always a good idea to review and update beneficiaries as well. You will not be able to change again after the Open Enrollment or New Hire window has been completed unless you have a Qualified Life Event.

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment takes place in the fall every year. In 2026 it will be October 21 – November 6 for benefits that will become effective January 1, 2027. Watch the Presentation here for more information.

This is your once-a-year opportunity to pick your plans or make changes to your existing coverage. The choices you make during Open Enrollment will become effective on January 1st of the benefits plan year and will remain in effect through December 31st of that plan year.

For more information, please click here.

When you complete the open enrollment process, you can:

  • Review all benefits, upcoming changes, and change your current coverage if needed.
  • Enroll in benefits for the first time, if newly hired or newly eligible for benefits.
  • Update your dependent and beneficiary information.

New hires have 30 days to enroll in benefits from their date of hire!

Remember, dependent verification will be required.

To complete a Qualified Life Event please log into UKG, then go to Benefits > Manage My Benefits and follow the prompts. You will be asked to upload proof of the life event during this process.
